SmartAlto is US based AI-powered platform designed to revolutionize real estate lead generation, property evaluation, and sales automation. Built using React.js, Redux, Node.js with Koa.js, and Ruby on Rails, it provides a seamless, pixel-perfect user experience supported by a robust backend with MongoDB, Sidekiq, and Cron Jobs for efficient data handling and task scheduling. Deployed on Google Cloud Platform with Docker and Nginx, SmartAlto ensures scalable performance and reliable uptime. The platform offers features like rapid property valuation, AI-driven lead enrichment, multi-channel outreach via SMS and email, and upcoming AI-powered phone call automation, helping agents target prospects with personalized messaging based on over 50 variables. My role involved developing both frontend and backend components, integrating third-party APIs like Cherre and IDI Core for prospects and property data enrichment, optimizing background job processing, and supporting payment integration with Chargebee. Working in an agile environment, I contributed to writing clean, maintainable code, improving system scalability, and ensuring data accuracy by connecting multiple data sources. Overall, SmartAlto has enhanced agent productivity by automating repetitive tasks, increasing lead conversion rates, and speeding up property transactions through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.
As a software engineer at Engin Technologies on SmartAlto project, I contributed to developing and maintaining both frontend and backend features using Reactjs, Redux, Nodejs, and Ruby on Rails under supervision and technical leadership of Razee Khan - CTO (Engin Technologies (PVT) Limited). I focused on implementing pixel-perfect and dynamic user interfaces, integrating various third-party RESTful APIs for data enrichment and optimizing background processing with Sidekiq and Cron Jobs. Furthermore, I supported deployment and scaling efforts on Google Cloud Platform using Docker and Nginx, while also handling payment processing integration with Chargebee.
